48 hours before: No fee; deposits can be applied to rescheduling or future bookings.

Within 24 hours: A cancellation fee equal to the full arrangement rate is expected.

Regardless of the reason for cancellation, please and kindly adhere to this policy.

In the extremely rare case I myself need to cancel, expect your deposit comes straight back to you immediately.
